⚠️ Important Notice – Legal Use of E-Bikes in the UK

The electric bicycle has a motor output exceeding 250W and speed assistance exceeding 15.5mph. These eBikes cannot be used on UK public roads without first obtaining type approval, insurance, tax, displaying a number plate and undergoing an MOT. If you purchase these, they can only be used off-road on private land unless you obtain type approval, insurance, tax, registration, display a number plate and MOT. For the avoidance of doubt, you will be responsible for obtaining such type approval, insurance, tax, registration, and MOT. If you are in any doubt, please contact us for advice.

⚙️ Pre-Ride Safety Checks

Upon delivery and before first use, all products must be carefully checked to ensure that no bolts or nuts have come loose or fallen out during transit. We also recommend performing this check before every ride to maintain performance and safety.

🛡️ Safety & Usage Guidelines

• Always wear appropriate safety gear, including helmets and protective clothing.
• Ride responsibly and considerately, respecting both personal safety and that of others.
• Misuse or abusive riding (e.g., stunts or reckless use) will invalidate your warranty.
• These products are not intended for road use unless fully road legal.

📜 Warranty Terms

Warranty Coverage (Off-Road E-Bikes Only):

• 6 Months Warranty on Main Parts (Motor Hub and Battery)

Not Covered by Warranty:

• Normal wear and tear
• Improper assembly
• Liquid damage (Battery, Motor, Control Box)
• Corrosion
• Improper maintenance
• Unapproved parts or accessories
• Excessive usage (warranty limited to 1,000 miles)
• Accidents, misuse, stunts, or neglect
• Moving parts
• Commercial use of bicycles
• Labour costs for part replacement or repairs
• Battery/component repairs not authorized by us
• Non-proprietary parts covered by manufacturer warranties

🛠️ Fault Reporting & Repairs

All faults must be reported as soon as reasonably possible via phone or email. We will assess the issue and, if possible, provide replacement parts and guidance for self-repair.

If the issue is determined to result from misuse or is not covered under the warranty, we can carry out repairs at a rate of £35/hour plus parts. You have the right to obtain a third-party opinion if you dispute our assessment.
