Order Processing

Once your order is successfully placed, our team prepares your items for dispatch. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 working days, depending on stock availability.

UK Mainland Delivery

We offer reliable delivery across the UK Mainland. Orders shipped to eligible UK addresses are typically delivered within 2–5 working days after dispatch. You’ll receive confirmation emails at each key stage — order received, dispatched, and out for delivery — including tracking details so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Delivery Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the type of product ordered. Larger items like e-bikes may have a different delivery rate to smaller accessories.

Signature Requirement

All deliveries must be signed for by an adult at the delivery address to ensure safe receipt of your e-bike.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to shipping regulations for high-powered batteries, some remote UK regions (e.g., certain Scottish Highlands, islands, and offshore locations) may incur additional delivery charges or have restricted service.
